Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation confirmation.

No show appointments will not be refunded.

Refunds for "Icing on the Vows: Enhanced Ceremony Packages - Included Services": Refunds for additional prepaid services (e.g., rehearsal attendance, personalized vows) will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation.

Client Cancellation: If you cancel the wedding ceremony, the deposit fee is non-refundable.

Officiant Cancellation: If Remarkable FL Notary, LLC must cancel your wedding ceremony due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit fee and any other prepaid service fees will be refunded.
