What is an Apostille?
The document is legitimate.
The notary who signed it was verified.
It meets international standards for legal recognition.
Non-Hague Countries – These countries do not accept Apostilles and require an additional level of certification, often involving the U.S. State Department and the foreign embassy.
If you’re sending a Power of Attorney to Spain (Hague Convention country), you only need an Apostille.
But if you’re sending it to China (a non-Hague country), additional embassy legalization is required.
Our Apostille Services Include:
Full Apostille Processing – We obtain official authentication from the appropriate government agencies.
Document Verification – We check your paperwork for accuracy before submission.
Hague & Non-Hague Country Authentication – We ensure the correct legalization process based on the destination country’s requirements.
Medium
Expedited Service Options – Get your documents authenticated fast when time is critical.
If your document is not an official government-issued record, the first step is document notarization. This process validates the document's authenticity and prepares it for Apostille processing. We ensure your documents are properly notarized, meeting all legal requirements for the Florida Secretary of State.
