Refunds are calculated based on the services not rendered.

If we cancel due to our error, you'll receive a prorated refund. This means you'll be refunded for the portion of the agreed-upon service that was not completed.

For example, if we agreed to 5 hours of service at $150 per hour and canceled after 2 hours, you'd be refunded for 3 hours, or $450. Cancellations made by the client may incur a fee, due to the resources allocated. We recommend providing as much notice as possible. We will always communicate any fees that may be incurred at the time of the cancellation.
