Our mobile notary service fee combines the notarization, witness services (if provided by us) and travel expenses. The total price will be provided before your appointment.

If you require witness services (if provided by us), there is an additional charge of $25 per witness which is NOT included in the base price.

Q: What do I need to bring to my notary appointment?

A: You must bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license, passport) that contains your signature. All signers must be present, and the document must be complete (except for the signature) before the notarization.

Q: What Documents Can't You Notarize?

A: We can't notarize documents that require certified copies from government agencies, like:

Official Certificates: Birth, marriage, death, naturalization.

Government IDs: Passports, driver's licenses, military IDs, social security cards.

Photos: We don't verify photo authenticity.

Incomplete/Blank Documents: All fields must be filled.

Documents Signed Outside Our Presence: Signers must be present.

Illegal Documents: We cannot notarize anything fraudulent.

Why? These documents have specific certification processes or require direct verification from issuing agencies or must be signed in our presence.

Q: Can you notarize a document if I'm not physically present?

A: All signers must be physically present before us for notarization, unless Remote Online Notarization (RON) is an option and offered. We must verify your identity at the time of notarization.

Q: What if I don't understand the document, I need notarized?

A: It is your responsibility to understand the contents of the document. We can notarize your signature, but we cannot explain or interpret the document's meaning. If you have questions about the document, please consult with an attorney or the document's preparer.

Q: Do you provide legal advice or prepare legal documents?

A: As a Notary Public, we are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or prepare legal documents. Our role is limited to verifying identities and witnessing signatures. For legal advice, please consult with a qualified attorney.

Q: Can I reschedule my appointment?

A: Yes, you can reschedule your appointment. To reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

Q: What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Fees for completed notary acts (Certified True Copies, Notarial Certificates, Acknowledgments, and Oaths) are non-refundable.

If a scheduled appointment is canceled with at least 24 hours' notice, a full refund of all prepaid service fees (including travel fees and convenience fees) will be issued via the original payment method.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

No show appointments will not be refunded.

To cancel a scheduled service, please send an email to [email protected]. Your cancellation is only valid upon receiving a confirmation email from Remarkable FL Notary, LLC.

For urgent cancellations, you may also call us at 813-494-5346, but you must follow up with an email to confirm the cancellation details. We kindly request that you inform us of your cancellation as soon as possible. We will send a confirmation email of the cancellation, and a link to reschedule, or the email address that was used to book the appointment.
