At Remarkable FL Notary, we express our gratitude to valued bulk business notarization clients through our annual pro bono initiative.

Each year, one eligible business client is selected to receive complimentary professional notarization services as part of our commitment to supporting the local business community.

This initiative allows us to give back by donating professional notarial services to the businesses that trust us with their document needs throughout the year.

Pro Bono Service Contribution

The selected business will receive:

Up to 1 hour of professional notarization services on one designated Saturday

Services must be scheduled and completed during the applicable program cycle (January 1 – December 31).

Services are provided as donated professional time, not as a monetary prize or giveaway.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Businesses must meet the following criteria to participate:

  • Must be an active client utilizing our bulk business notarization services during the annual program cycle (January 1 – December 31)

  • Business must be located within Remarkable FL Notary’s service areas, including:

  • Orlando, FL (Seminole / Orange County)
    Tampa, FL (Hillsborough County)

  • Must opt-in to the program during service booking

  • Must be a legal business entity (LLC, Corporation, Partnership, or other recognized business structure)

HOW TO ENTER:

  • Participation is simple.

  • During any bulk business notarization service booking, check the Remarkable Business Boost opt-in box on your client intake form.

  • That’s it your business will automatically be entered into the program.

PROGRAM TIMELINE

  • Entry Period

    January 1 – December 31 of each annual program cycle

  • Selection

    On or about January 5 following the close of the entry period

  • Service Period

    Pro bono services must be scheduled and completed between January 1 – December 31 of the applicable program cycle

  • Notification

    The selected business will be contacted within seven (7) business days of selection and must respond within seven (7) business days to confirm scheduling.

IMPORTANT PROGRAM TERMS

Governing Law

Program governed by Florida state law.
Disputes resolved in Hillsborough County, Florida courts.

Program Administration Rights

Remarkable FL Notary reserves the right to:

• Modify program terms with reasonable notice
• Cancel the program due to circumstances beyond reasonable control
• Verify business eligibility and service requirements

Liability

Remarkable FL Notary is not responsible for:

• Lost or incomplete entries
• Technical errors in program administration

Participants release the Company from claims arising from participation in the program.

Tax Information

No taxable income is created for the selected business.
Services are provided as a charitable professional service contribution.

Participants should consult their own tax professionals with any questions.

A: One eligible business is selected each year through a random drawing conducted shortly after the conclusion of the annual program cycle (January 1 – December 31). The selected business will be notified within five (5) business days using the contact information provided on the client intakebooking form.

Q: Can I transfer the Remarkable Business Boost Program Pro Bono services to another business?

A: No. The professional service donation is non-transferable and must be used by the selected business entity only. The service has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or other services.

Q: What services are NOT included in the Remarkable Business Boost Pro Bono Program?

A: The program does not include:

• Apostille or authentication services
• Document preparation services
• Recording fees or government filing costs
• Witness services
• Third-party fees or expenses

The donated service session is limited to up to 1 hour of standard in-person notarization services performed on one designated Saturday.

Q: How far in advance do I need to schedule the services?

A: The selected business must provide a minimum of five (5) business days advance notice to schedule the session. Services are scheduled based on Saturday availability and must be completed within the applicable annual service period (January 1 – December 31).

Q: Will my business information be used for marketing?

A: Yes. By accepting the donated services, the selected business grants Remarkable FL Notary permission to use the business name and a general description of services provided for community recognition purposes, including website content and social media posts highlighting local business support initiatives.

Q: What happens if I don't respond to the winner notification in time?

A: If the selected business does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, the selection may be forfeited and an alternate eligible business may be selected using the same notification procedures.
