TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

1.1 Program Definition

The "Remarkable Business Boost" ("Program") is an annual pro bono appreciation initiative offered by Remarkable FL Notary, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to express gratitude for our valued bulk and unlimited notarization business clients. The Program provides one (1) eligible business client with complimentary professional notarization services as a gesture of community support and client appreciation.

1.2 Pro Bono Service Structure

  • This is an annual charitable professional service program

  • Services provided as donated professional time to the business community

  • The 2025 Program covers pro bono services to be provided between January 1 - December 31, 2026

  • Service Framework: Up to 4 hours of professional notarization services on one designated Saturday

  • Future annual programs may have different terms and service parameters

1.3 Professional Service Donation

  • Service Type: Donated professional notarization time

  • Duration: Maximum 4 hours on one Saturday

  • Location: Recipient's business location (within Company's service area)

  • Basis: Professional time contribution, not monetary compensation or prize

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

2.1 Business Eligibility

  • Business Status: Open to legal business entities including corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and other recognized business structures

  • Client History: Participant must be an active client of Remarkable FL Notary, LLC

  • Service Requirement: Must have utilized our bulk/unlimited notarization services within the current calendar year preceding December 1, 2025 (January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025)

  • Geographic Requirement: Primary business operations must be located within Remarkable FL Notary, LLC's designated service area (Orlando and Tampa, FL, and surrounding areas as defined on our website)

2.2 Entry Requirements

  • Opt-In Mandatory: Participation requires checking the designated opt-in box on the bulk/unlimited notarizations client intake form during any service booking in 2025

  • Specific Language: Must check the box stating: "[ ] Yes! I would like to enter my business into the 2025 'Remarkable Business Boost' pro bono appreciation program!"

  • No Purchase Required: No purchase or payment beyond existing client relationship is required for entry.

2.3 Exclusions

The following are not eligible to participate:

  • Employees of Remarkable FL Notary, LLC and their immediate family members.

  • Businesses owned or controlled by Company employees or their immediate family members.

  • Any businesses directly involved in administering this Program.

  • Businesses that have not met the service history requirements outlined in Section 2.1

3. PROGRAM TIMELINE

3.1 Entry Period

  • Start Date: January 1, 2025, 12:00 AM EST

  • End Date: December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM EST

  • All entries must be received within this timeframe to be eligible.

3.2 Selection and Notification Schedule

  • Selection Date: On or about January 5, 2026.

  • Recipient Notification: Within five (5) business days of selection.

  • Response Deadline: Recipient must respond within five (5) business days of notification.

  • Service Period: Pro bono services must be scheduled and completed between January 1 - December 31, 2026.

4. RECIPIENT SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION PROCESS

4.1 Selection Method

  • One (1) recipient will be selected through a random drawing process.

  • Selection will be conducted fairly and impartially from all eligible entries.

  • Company reserves the right to verify eligibility before finalizing recipient selection.

4.2 Recipient Notification

  • Recipients will be contacted via the primary email address and/or phone number provided on their client intake form.

  • Notification will include instructions for scheduling pro bono services.

  • Important: Failure to respond within five (5) business days may result in forfeiture.

4.3 Alternate Selection

  • If the initial recipient fails to respond or is found ineligible, an alternate recipient may be selected.

  • The same notification and response procedures will apply to alternate recipients.

5. PRO BONO SERVICE SPECIFICATIONS AND REDEMPTION

5.1 Service Description

  • Professional Service: Up to 4 hours of notarization services on one Saturday.

  • Provider: Services provided exclusively by licensed professionals at Remarkable FL Notary, LLC.

  • Framework: Charitable professional time donation.

5.2 Scheduling Requirements

  • Advance Notice: Minimum seven (7) business days advance notice required.

  • Availability: Scheduling subject to Company's Saturday availability and standard operating procedures.

  • Coordination: Recipient must work directly with Company to select mutually agreeable Saturday.

  • Deadline: Must be scheduled and completed by December 31, 2026.

5.3 Service Scope and Inclusions

Included Professional Services:

  • Standard in-person notary services as offered by Remarkable FL Notary, LLC.

  • Professional notarial acts performed by licensed Florida notaries.

  • Standard notarial supplies and equipment.

  • Professional travel to recipient's business location (within Company's standard service area).

5.4 Service Limitations and Exclusions

Not Included:

  • Apostille or authentication services.

  • Services exceeding 4-hour Saturday timeframe.

  • Travel expenses beyond standard service area limits.

  • Third-party fees or costs.

  • Document preparation services.

  • Recording fees or government filing costs.

  • Witness services (witnesses not provided by Remarkable FL Notary, LLC).

  • Services not directly provided by Company staff.

5.5 Program Restrictions

  • Non-Transferable: Professional service donation cannot be transferred, assigned, or sold to another entity

  • No Cash Value: Services have no cash equivalent or redemption value

  • Single Use: Constitutes one 4-hour Saturday service session only and cannot be divided across multiple days

  • Recipient Only: Must be used by the selected business entity

6. PUBLICITY AND MARKETING RIGHTS

6.1 Publicity Consent

By accepting pro bono services, the recipient business grants Remarkable FL Notary, LLC permission to use:

  • Business name and logo.

  • General description of the pro bono services provided.

  • Brief testimonials or feedback provided by the recipient.

6.2 Marketing Usage

Permitted uses include but are not limited to:

  • Social media posts and campaigns.

  • Website content and case studies.

  • Marketing materials and advertisements.

  • Press releases and promotional communications about community service.

6.3 Limitations

  • No additional compensation will be provided for publicity rights.

  • Usage will be professional and appropriate to both businesses' reputations.

  • Recipient may request review of proposed marketing materials before publication.

7. LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

7.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • Program governed by Florida state law.

  • Disputes resolved in Hillsborough County, Florida courts (location of business registration).

  • Company acts as an independent contractor during service provision.

7.2 Program Administration Rights Company reserves the right to:

  • Modify Program terms with reasonable notice.

  • Cancel Program due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

  • Verify recipient eligibility and service requirements.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

  • Company not responsible for lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

  • Company not liable for technical errors in program administration.

  • Recipients agree to release the Company from claims arising from program participation.

7.4 Publicity and Recognition Rights

  • By accepting pro bono services, you grant us permission to use your business name and a general description of services provided for community recognition purposes.

  • Usage includes social media posts and website content highlighting our community involvement.

  • No additional compensation provided for recognition rights.

7.5 Tax Considerations

  • Pro bono professional services provided as charitable business contribution.

  • No taxable income created for recipient (professional time donation).

  • No tax reporting required - services provided on charitable basis.

  • Recipients should consult tax professionals for any questions.

7.6 Professional Service Relationship

  • Services provided on pro bono charitable basis.

  • Standard professional liability insurance applies.

  • All professional standards and regulations observed.

  • No ongoing service obligation created beyond 4-hour Saturday session.

9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

9.1 Agreement to Terms

By opting into the Remarkable Business Boost Pro Bono Program, participants acknowledge that they have:

  • Read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

  • Agree to be legally bound by all terms herein.

  • Confirm their business meets all eligibility requirements.

  • Understand this is a pro bono professional service program, not a monetary prize or giveaway.

  • Understand the 4-hour Saturday service limitations and redemption requirements.

9.2 Complete Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between participants and Remarkable FL Notary, LLC regarding the Remarkable Business Boost Pro Bono Program. Any conflicting terms in other communications are superseded by this Agreement.

9.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your records. Participation in this Program indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions stated herein. This is a professional service donation program - no monetary prize is awarded. Services are provided on a charitable pro bono basis to support the local business community.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement between participants and Remarkable FL Notary, LLC regarding the Remarkable Business Boost Pro Bono Appreciation Program. Any conflicting terms in other communications or materials are superseded by these Terms and Conditions.
