1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Remarkable Rewards program ("Program") is an exclusive loyalty program offered by Remarkable FL Notary, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to show appreciation for our valued clients. The Program includes monthly giveaways for special Remarkable Rewards cards that provide exclusive benefits and perks.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 General Eligibility

  • Program is open to all clients of Remarkable FL Notary, LLC who are 18 years of age or older

  • Participation is limited to clients who book and complete in-person notarization services

  • No purchase necessary beyond the standard notarization service fee

  • Employees of Remarkable FL Notary, LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible

2.2 Geographic Scope

  • Program is available to clients in Orlando, Tampa, and surrounding areas served by Remarkable FL Notary, LLC

  • Winners must be able to receive their Remarkable Rewards card through available delivery methods

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

3.1 Required Steps

  1. 1) Book an in-person notarization service through our booking system

  2. 2) Complete the scheduled in-person notarization appointment

  3. 3) Opt-in to the monthly giveaway by checking the designated box during the online booking process

  4. 4) Both steps 1-3 must be completed within the same calendar month to be eligible for that month's drawing

3.2 Opt-In Requirement

  • Participation in the monthly giveaway requires active opt-in during booking

  • Clients must check the box stating: "Yes! I would like to be entered into the Remarkable Rewards Monthly Giveaway!"

  • Failure to opt-in will result in ineligibility for that month's drawing

4. REWARD DETAILS

4.1 Monthly Selection Process

  • One winner is randomly selected at the end of each calendar month

  • Selection is made from all eligible participants who completed requirements during that month

  • Winners will be notified within 5 business days of selection

4.2 Prize Delivery

  • Remarkable Rewards cards will be delivered in a manner convenient to the winner

  • Company will contact winners to arrange delivery

  • Winners have 30 days to respond to winner notification; failure to respond may result in forfeiture

4.3 Card Benefits Remarkable Rewards cards may include various benefits such as:

  • Exclusive discounts on future in-person notarization services

5. SERVICE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

5.1 Excluded Services The following services are NOT eligible for Program participation:

  • Online notarization services

  • Apostille services

  • Mobile ink and roll fingerprinting services

  • Wedding officiant services

  • I-9 Employment Verification services

  • Business bulk/unlimited notarization packages

5.2 Promotional Exclusions

  • Remarkable Rewards cards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers

  • Program benefits do not apply to excluded services listed in Section 5.1

  • Only one entry per person per calendar month, regardless of multiple qualifying appointments

6. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

6.1 Program Modifications

  • Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time with reasonable notice

  • Changes to terms will be posted on our website and communicated to active participants

  • Modifications will not affect cards already distributed

6.2 Card Terms

  • Remarkable Rewards cards are non-transferable and have no cash value

  • Cards may have expiration dates as specified on individual cards

  • Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced

6.3 Limitations of Liability

  • Company's liability is limited to the value of the notarization services provided

  • Company is not responsible for technical failures, lost communications, or delivery issues beyond our reasonable control

  • Program benefits are subject to availability of partner businesses and services

6.4 Privacy and Data Use

  • Participation information will be used solely for Program administration

  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

  • Opt-in status and contact information may be retained for Program communications

6.5 Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes related to the Program will be governed by Florida state law

  • Participants agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida

  • Company's decisions regarding Program administration are final

8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By participating in the Remarkable Rewards Program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Participation constitutes acceptance of all terms herein.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement between participants and Remarkable FL Notary, LLC regarding the Remarkable Rewards Program. Any conflicting terms in other communications or materials are superseded by these Terms and Conditions.
