Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No show appointments will not be refunded.
To cancel a scheduled service, please send an email to [email protected]. Your cancellation is only valid upon receiving a confirmation email from Remarkable FL Notary, LLC.
For urgent cancellations, you may also call us at 813-494-5346, but you must follow up with an email to confirm the cancellation details. We kindly request that you inform us of your cancellation as soon as possible. We will send a confirmation email of the cancellation, and a link to reschedule, or the email address that was used to book the appointment.
