Q: What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Fees for all completed notary acts, including but not limited too Certified True Copies, Notarial Certificates, Acknowledgments, Oaths, and services related to estate planning and trust documents, are non-refundable.
Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No show appointments will not be refunded.
To cancel a scheduled service, please send an email to [email protected]. Your cancellation is only valid upon receiving a confirmation email from Remarkable FL Notary, LLC.
For urgent cancellations, you may also call us at 813-494-5346, but you must follow up with an email to confirm the cancellation details. We kindly request that you inform us of your cancellation as soon as possible. We will send a confirmation email of the cancellation, and a link to reschedule, or the email address that was used to book the appointment.
